Yes. Your sessions are private and confidential. Counselling works best when you can speak openly, so your privacy comes first.
How long is a session, and how do online sessions work?
All sessions are 60 minutes. Online sessions take place over Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp Video, so you can join from wherever you are in the UK or Nigeria. Physical sessions are also available.
How much do sessions cost?
Prices depend on the service and your location. In the UK sessions range from £30 to £50, and in Nigeria from ₦20,000 to ₦50,000. See the pricing section above for the full list.
What is the free discovery call?
It is a free 15-minute call where you can share what you are looking for, ask questions, and decide whether to go ahead. There is no obligation to book.
